There are so many wonderful grilled pork loin recipes available and I will share just one with you today. First we need to cover some basic knowledge about the pork loin and the cuts that it includes.

What is a pork loin?

The National Pork Board, located in Des Moines Iowa, tells us that the pork loin is upper side section of the hog that is located between the front and rear legs. The pork loin contains such cuts of meat as the Tenderloin, Chops, Cutlets, Loin Roast, Crown Roast, Canadian-Style Bacon, Country-Style Ribs and several other cuts.

Which cut is the best?

You can ask ten pork lovers, which is their favorite cut of pork, and you may get ten different answers. For me it doesn’t get any better than fine Pork Tenderloin. Pork Tenderloin is an excellent cut of meat and it is perfect for preparing on the grill. The Pork Tenderloin, when served with a summer salad and some steamed vegetables makes an excellent meal.

Here is an excellent recipe for Pork Tenderloin that I found on the National Pork Board website.
